As Student Learning and Engagement Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering initiatives that help students thrive academically and personally.

About you
You will bring a strong background in Higher Education with experience in designing and evaluating engagement or support programmes. Your knowledge of effective approaches to student development and transition will be matched by your ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across diverse audiences.
An inspiring leader, you will have experience managing teams, setting clear objectives and driving performance. You will be adept at building partnerships, managing resources and solving problems with creativity and resilience. Above all, you will be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student can fulfil their potential.
