The opportunity

The Events & Projects Administrator will provide administrative support to the Student Experience Manager and Student Experience team primarily based across halls of residences.

The post holder will assist the administration of the UK’s leading student events programme including; planning staff rotas, credit card administration, processing expense claims, procuring event supplies, recording asset inventory’s, monitoring joint inboxes, answering telephone calls and assisting with long-term projects.

Although the role will be normal office working hours some events will require weekend or evening work agreed in advance.

About you

You will have experience of using administration software to organise team rotas, scheduling work, approving annual leave and processing staff expense claims. You will also have experience of coordinating joint email inboxes, phone calls and instant messages to ensure we deliver the best experience possible.

Additionally, the post holder will oversee the administration of programme's online asset management system to accurately record IT equipment, audio visual and high value assets.

You'll support the wider team with events and projects work which could include work across any of our halls or colleges including weekend or evening work.
