The opportunity

As Associate Director of HR, you will lead the HR Services hub and with the HR Director set the overall direction for the hub. This is a new role following the reconfiguration of the HR function to enable us, through our People Strategy to deliver the ambitious Corporate Strategy. With a newly formed HR Services Team you will provide leadership that will deliver an excellent and highly trusted HR service across the University.

Requiring excellent team building skills, understanding of the full range of HR Services, experience of continuous improvement, leading a broad HR service across a complex institution and with values that align to those of UAL, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high class service to support change across a world class University.
