Planning Support Officer

The opportunity

In this new post you will take on a range of work in support of our planning activities mainly focused on data reporting, analysis and research. The role is varied and you will be undertaking scenario planning and supporting the development of our student number planning model alongside desk based research and providing administrative support for our planning processes.

To be effective in the role you will acquire and apply a specialist knowledge of the institution, our portfolio and the planning data and reporting tools we use.

About you

You will likely be looking to develop your experience or be ambitious to progress your career to the next role. A diligent self-starter you will have excellent communication skills and be used to presenting reporting for a variety of different audiences.

We are looking for applicants who have demonstrable expertise in using software applications to analyse, interpret and report on complex data and have an understanding of the role of data in decision making.    With your experience in a planning or analytical role you will have developed strong data analysis and research skills and be meticulous about accuracy and quality in your work.
