The opportunity
This is a newly-created role, and a chance to join a growing business and in the emerging discipline of online education. You will provide technical and administrative support to students and tutors on a wide range of online short courses, ensuring that all students receive a high quality experience. This is a central role that works across all of the college business units: Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon (CCW), Central Saint Martins (CSM), London College of Communication (LCC) and London College of Fashion (LCF). The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing course content, listening in to online lessons to support course delivery, training tutors in technical skills, and providing students with support in setting up and accessing our virtual learning environment.
About you
You will be a confident computer user, experienced with both Macs and PCs, and will have a good understanding of problem solving for basic IT issues, a good eye for detail, and the ability to multitask on different administrative tasks.
You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a positive and helpful approach to customer service. You will also need to be well-organised and efficient in the way you approach tasks.
