This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role providing an efficient and effective recruitment support service at the University of the Arts London.

Working with Recruiting Managers and Human Resources, you will administer the recruitment process, which includes job advertising, managing applications and organising interviews, whilst advising on the application of relevant recruitment policies and procedures for the recruitment process.

You will also draft all recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is up to date throughout the process, along with maintaining and producing reports from REx (Recruiting Excellence system) ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

University of the Arts London is the world’s sixth best University for Art and Design in the QS World University Rankings® 2017.

The success of the university is a testament to the quality and wellbeing of our staff. This role offers the opportunity to support the processes, systems and culture in place to recruit and retain the talent to maintain and build upon this success for future generations.

Experience of working in a similar customer focused, fast paced, high volume environment is essential, along with awareness of relevant legislation and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy and to maintain confidentiality.

You will also need to be experienced in working with MS Office; Word, Excel, Access and Visio; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent) and applicant tracking systems (preferably WCN).

Interviews and assessments are scheduled for Friday, 25 January 2019.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. If you have any queries, you may contact oearecuitment@arts.ac.uk.

At UAL, everyone's identity matters.
