The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a digital learning specialist to shape the development and lead the implementation of the College’s strategy for digital learning.
The postholder will have responsibility for promoting and supporting the successful design and delivery of digital learning, identifying and leading innovation and enhancement activities, developing relevant guidance and standards, and facilitating staff development activity. The postholder will also lead the development of a College community of practice in digital teaching and learning, and co-ordinate engagement and identify opportunities for collaboration with other UAL centres of expertise.
About you
You will have a relevant postgraduate degree along with extensive knowledge and practical experience of supporting the development and delivery of high quality digital learning opportunities. You will have a sound understanding of underpinning pedagogic principles, the business environment and the implications for digital learning in delivery to industry based courses. You will also have experience of developing plans and managing operational activities and projects to successfully achieve objectives, and the ability to build effective teams, networks or communities of practice and foster constructive cross team collaboration.
