The opportunity

You will deliver our creative Fashion Textiles: Embroidery design development course at Honours level. This will involve teaching, unit management, curriculum development and research. We will also look to you to contribute to these courses through design development and presentation.

In addition to lesson planning, assessing, course reviews, you will support and extend our existing links with those in professional practice and related industries. All the while, you will maintain an awareness of industrial and technological developments, including specific knowledge of CAD embroidery programmes.

About you

To be considered, you must have extensive aesthetic and technical experience in all aspects of Fashion Textiles: Embroidery design development for both craft and digital processes, along with a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent experience, you have a track record of working as part of a team.
