The opportunity

Your main responsibility will be preparation, teaching, administration and assessment of a unit or part of a unit. You will make a significant contribution to the quality of learning and support our students receive in order to enable them to complete their studies successfully.

The role, which commences in February 2023, requires the leading of seminars one day a week, in addition to providing one-to-one tutorials and undertaking essay marking on a first-year undergraduate unit.

About you

Candidates should have completed or be close to completing a PhD, and prior experience of teaching textual analysis of factual screen content, i.e. documentary and factual television entertainment, will be of advantage. You will be based at UAL’s campus, the London College of Communication, Elephant & Castle.
