BA (Hons) Interior and Spatial Design are committed to developing ethical spatial practices. To achieve this, we have embedded UAL’s Principles for Climate, Social and Racial Justice across our course curriculum. We explore the principles through ambitious, real projects in local spaces with local and global partners. Together we critically imagine sustainable interior futures. Drawing on our art-school context, we are distinguished by an experimental approach and a reputation for pushing professional boundaries. We encourage our students to take risks. The course positions interior and spatial design as a critical practice. We rethink the profession and enable students to develop their approach to the subject and imagine careers beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries. BA (Hons) Interior and Spatial Design is one of the longest-running and most well-established Interior Design Courses in the UK. It is part of the Interior Futures programme.
