Your main task will be providing advice, guidance and support that underpins the College’s quality assurance and enhancement procedures. Primarily focussed on the organisation and support for course validation and revalidations the role will also be crucial in the development and implementation of quality processes and their operation within and across the Colleges.
University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts. Located at London College of Communication and Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon College of Arts, world leading centres for creative communications, art and design education, the Quality Team is central to the University’s endeavours for maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of its innovative courses. Your contribution to this role will directly influence the high level of service UAL offers its students and staff.

Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have extensive experience of quality assurance in higher education. You should also have proven experience of servicing as a secretary or clerk to a formal committee/s. You will need to be self-motivated with an eye for detail and a commitment to enhancement within education and student experience.
