The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Student Recruitment Coordinator to join London College of Communication’s (LCC) dynamic and fast paced Internal and External Relations Department.

In this varied role, you will develop and undertake a range of student recruitment events and activities aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of applications to courses, and supporting the conversion of enquiries to applications and enrolments. Line managing a Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will also help develop and deliver LCC’s marketing and promotional campaigns.

About you

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of planning and delivering innovative student recruitment activities and campaigns, including managing large and complex recruitment events, preferably in the higher education sector.

You will be able to produce engaging marketing communications to multiple audiences. You will also have a strong track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience of staff supervision is essential, as is the ability to manage concurrent projects of a complex nature.
