The opportunity
Based jointly in LCC’s International Development Office and the College’s Academic Registry, the successful candidate will make a valuable contribution to delivering high quality experiences for staff and students, through the provision of a variety of information and support services.
In the College Academic Registry, their varied responsibilities will range from maintaining reports and systems, supporting Enrolment and Exam Boards, to monitoring and checking key statistics, and responding to queries from staff and students. In the International Development Office, as well as providing day-to-day administrative support, the successful candidate will also be tasked with providing a high level of service to College staff participating in Erasmus+ exchange programmes.
About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a combination of sound administrative skills (possibly with experience in higher education) with an interest in working in an international environment.
Skilled in running administrative systems and processes, using databases and Microsoft Office applications, you also have experience of clerking and minute writing at meetings. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, who can combine being a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual with initiative and the ability to self-motivate.
Crucially, you will need a high level of cultural awareness, enjoy working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and be able to share your enthusiasm for working in an international environment with a range of different audiences.
In return, we offer a competitive employment package including a salary that reflects working in London, generous annual leave, an attractive pension scheme, and a commitment to your continuing personal and career development in an environment that encourages creativity, diversity and excellence.
If you have any general queries, you may contact Lesley Wilkins, Staffing Administrator, lcc.jobs@lcc.arts.ac.uk or telephone: 020 7514 7985
