The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading arts universities and a multi-award-winning Accommodation Services department. As Student Experience Manager you will work with Accommodation Services to deliver an exceptional student experience throughout the university halls of residences. You will provide strategic direction, leadership and operational management to the Student Experience team to deliver the agreed student experience priorities across the department and wider Estates.

With a background in residential life, major events management or education management, you will curate the yearly residential life, social and wellbeing support programme which includes live events, digital events, wellbeing campaigns and volunteering opportunities. You will build strong external networks to innovate and constantly evolve the student experience within Accommodation Services at University of the Arts London.

About you

You are an experienced residential life or major events leader with a proven track record relating to the student experience or excellence in customer service and a relatable degree or professional activity broadly related to areas of events or education management. You should have experience of managing and motivating teams and dealing with complex institutional and/or professional contexts, including issues of pastoral care, finances, health & safety, project management, decision making and external network building.
