The opportunity

4Fashion is the significant change programme taking place at the London College of Fashion. By 2023, we will move to Stratford Waterfront, the new cultural hub at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, bringing our six specialist sites under one roof and into one campus.

We are seeking a skilled Programme/Project Coordinator to coordinate interrelated programmes and projects. The Programme Coordinator will work with the Head of College, the Director of College Administration and the 4Fashion Programme Manager on the coordination of the change programme, managing the interdependencies between work streams, including the identification and monitoring of risks and issues. You will undertake research and analysis as required in support of the change programme, with the support of the 4Fashion Programme Manager, writing up and presenting the results to key stakeholders and groups, such as the Stratford Transition Executive Group. You will also organise meetings and events as required by the change programme, as well as managing the agenda, paperwork, tracking and follow up actions related to the Stratford Transition Executive Group and Stratford Steering Group.

About you

With a relevant professional project management qualification desirable and demonstrable experience of delivering higher level administration, preferably within a change programme or complex organisational environment, you will have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve objectives on time. You will be an effective team player with strong communication skills.
