The opportunity

Yours will be a pivotal role in the development of the University Attendance Monitoring Project. As

Attendance Monitoring Project Coordinator you’ll use your expert level abilities to work with key stakeholders manage the development, implementation and promotion of the Attendance Monitoring business systems and processes across UAL.

 

Crucially you will exercise your established project cooridnation skills to ensure the professional management of this key project for UAL.

About you

To be equal to the challenge, you will need a sound understanding of project management methodologies in a large and complex organization, ideally in a Higher Education Environment, coupled with the ability and experience of working independently to tight deadlines. 

Working with the senior team you will use your research and data skills to inform and develop business processes. You will be able to plan and prioritise effectively to achieve long term objectives 

You will be highly motivated, with excellent communications and negotiation skills. You will be extremely organised and able to effectively manage parallel work streams and competing deadlines.

You will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of new systems and the transition to business as usual.
