As part of the Assessment and Quality team you will be in a team delivering high service standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager at LCF you will be responsible for administering the University’s Student Complaints, Appeals, Extenuating Circumstances and Academic Misconduct policies and procedures within the College providing a confidential, professional and objective advice service in support of these policies and procedures.

Located at the London College of Fashion, one of the world’s leading centres for fashion design, media and business education, the role is central to the University’s endeavours for maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of its innovative courses. Your contribution will directly influence the high level of service UAL offers its students and staff.

Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of administering Student Complaints and Appeals policies and procedures in higher education having have the ability to establish good working relations with a diverse range of people from academic staff to external organisations.
