The opportunity

The purpose of this one-year fixed term role is to work with the Events and Exhibitions Manager to support the smooth delivery of London College of Communications, UAL’s exhibitions, degree shows and postgraduate shows and related activities. These events aim to broaden and diversify our audiences, to enhance the College’s profile and brand to further strengthen our established global reputation. The programme will attract new audiences, contribute to the positive experiences of our staff, students and graduates, and further build on our external relationships and networks in the relevant creative sectors. 

About you

We are looking for an inspiring and solutions-orientated exhibitions professional with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including academic staff, students and graduates. Experience in the coordination of exhibition operations and delivery is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous exhibitions coordination experience and will be used to organising and managing technicians and events assistants as well as the ability to persuade and influence multiple stakeholders. An understanding of project management and technical requirements with excellent written and communication skills is also essential.
