You’ll be working to promote high levels of customer service and the use of appropriate CRM technologies, systems and processes to convert prospective enquirers to applicants and enrolments.

With direction from the Head of Prospective Student Engagement, and working collaboratively with colleagues across Student Marketing and Recruitment, Colleges and other departments across the University, you will support the development and manage the implementation of the University’s CRM strategies and practices for student marketing and recruitment across its UK, EU and international markets.

You can evidence experience of building effective internal and external working relationships across all levels of seniority and functions.

You have managed a small team and/or have experience of coaching or mentoring staff.
