The opportunity

Graduate Futures plays a key role in improving our student experience. It enables our students and graduates to fulfil their career ambitions by acknowledging their individuality, support their growth and connecting and collaborating with alumni and industry partners.

As Graduate Futures Consultant (Enterprise), you will work closely with students and graduates to help develop their entrepreneurial/enterprising mind set and attributes, facilitating and delivering tailored workshops, and 1-1 coaching and mentoring sessions, as well as co-ordinating specific events. The impact of the role is seen in the development of the pipeline of LCF graduate start ups to realise the objectives of the LCF Knowledge Exchange strategy and achieve Knowledge Exchange performance indicators.

In turn you will build and nurture links across the University and other external organisations to develop opportunities for cooperation and collaboration across the Graduate Futures & Business Innovation team to maximise the potential of the resources and expertise available.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have a relevant coaching/mentoring qualification supported by knowledge of industry and enterprise within the HE sector. Key to this role will be knowledge of start-up companies and SME’s.

If you have experience of building networks, both in the UK and overseas, and offer project management expertise we would like to hear from you. Event management experience will be advantageous.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
