The opportunity

Learning Technology Support provides a first class service to London College of Fashion students and staff across all campus sites. We are looking for an engaged and creative person to join our existing team of Specialist Technicians and Technical Assistants,

building upon existing work to create and develop a world-class learning experience for our students. The role is primarily to set up, assist with and demonstrate presentation AV technology and reprographic equipment to staff in a variety of learning spaces and workshops.

About you

You will have proven and demonstrable experience with a variety of hardware, software, presentation equipment, reprographic and other digital solutions. A broad understanding of complimentary digital technology and competencies is essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a self-disciplined manner, whilst adhering to an extremely high standard of customer care, are essential characteristics for this role. You should be highly proactive, well organised,

command excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, while operating with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
