The opportunity

The successful candidate will provide a proactive, full and comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance service for a portfolio of courses. They will make a valuable contribution to delivering high quality experiences for staff and students, through the provision of a variety of information and support services.

Their varied responsibilities will range from supporting key events such as Enrolment, Exam Boards and Programme Committees, responding to queries from students and staff, maintaining reports, systems and course documentation, to monitoring and checking key statistics.

About you

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) you will bring to the role significant administrative experience, including providing clerking and minute writing at meetings, and using databases and Microsoft Office applications. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
