The opportunity

Working as part of a college Digital Learning team, these roles will collaborate with course teams and other staff to create effective and engaging pedagogic experiences for our students. The post holders will be managed by the college Digital Learning lead (Digital Learning Director at LCC and Associate Dean Teaching and Learning at CCW & CSM). They will also become a key member of the university-wide network of Digital Learning and related staff, contributing to the development of Digital Learning practices across UAL.

The roles will be central to the development, design and support of Digital Learning to enhance digital teaching and learning across the curriculum. The post holders will also design and implement evaluation strategies to establish the reach and impact of Digital Learning approaches on the Student Experience and attainment.


The roles will be based in one of the following colleges: London College of Communication; Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon art colleges and Central Saint Martins.

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly collaborative individuals with experience of developing Digital Learning projects with a range of colleagues. The successful candidates will have project management expertise, people management experience and excellent communication skills. They will be capable of enthusing and supporting colleagues in the development of Digital Learning and their Digital Fluency. The successful candidates will have developed, promoted, delivered and measured successful institution-wide programmes of activity.

Applicants should have:

  • Postgraduate qualification in a subject relevant to the design and development of Digital  Learning.
  • A good  understanding of the UK higher education sector, including relevant  professional and regulatory frameworks such as the TEF, NSS and UKPSF.
  • Knowledge of pedagogies and production methodologies for online and digital learning.
