The opportunity
Based in our Short Course office at Central Saint Martins, this role supervises the Customer Service Team who manage a high volume of enquiries and customer interactions throughout the year.
A key responsibility of the role is to coordinate the activities and schedules of this small but busy team, ensuring that our students and tutors receive the support and information they need before, during and after their course, delivered with fantastic customer service that matches the high quality of our courses and reputation. A key sales function of the team is converting enquirers to fully enrolling students onto our wide range of short courses by advising and guiding students to find courses that meet their needs and suit their availability.
Enquiries are managed in Sales Force as well as via telephone, Zendesk Instant Message Chat, and in person at Central Saint Martins.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient team player with a pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude to join our busy marketing and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or eqivalent, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using a CRM to manage customer communications. With strong customer service experience – ideally in a sales environment in education or the arts – and experience supervising others, you will be able to plan ahead and anticipate customer needs, as well as react quickly to problem solve when the situation requires it, ensuring our customers an excellent experience at any stage of their journey.
