The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to Fashion Design for MA Womenswear in the School of Design and Technology at London College of Fashion.

Your commitment to excellence in teaching, creativity, innovation and the student experience should equal your professional experience, fashion awareness and design/technical understanding for the subject area.

Ready to undertake teaching, assessment, unit management, curriculum development and research, you will provide pastoral and academic support to our diverse range of students.

About you

You will have relevant experience and knowledge of contemporary Fashion design culture, concepts and design interpretation. You will also have relevant experience of research, innovative creativity, materials/fabrications, portfolio preparation, fittings, garment outcomes and runway shows.

Experience of working with degree students and enhancing the student experience is a requirement as well as a degree, (ideally an MA) in the subject area along with significant industry experience, complemented by knowledge and skills in applying this to the study of Fashion and related areas.
