The opportunity

This is an important front-line administrative role working directly with students from London College of Communication and our partner institutions participating in an international academic exchange programme. Based in the College’s busy International Development Office, the role is key to providing students with a high level of support at every stage of an exchange and has a strong focus on enhancing student experience.

About you

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a combination of sound, detail-orientated, administrative skills with a passion and understanding of how an exchange can enhance a student’s academic experience and personal development.

You will be skilled in running student administration systems/processes, whilst ensuring compliance with UAL’s policies and procedures related to international exchanges. You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, plenty of initiative and must be able to self-motivate, working with minimal supervision.

You will enjoy working with students studying creative subjects, and be a consistent advocate and generator of ideas for delivering a high-quality support service to them. You will need to hold a high level of cultural awareness, enjoy working with a variety of people from different backgrounds and be able to share your enthusiasm for student exchange programmes with a range of different audiences.

If you have any general queries, you may contact Lesley Wilkins, Staffing Administrator, lcc.jobs@lcc.arts.ac.uk
