The opportunity

Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges are inviting applications for the role of Dean for our Performance College at Wimbledon and our Pre-Degree provision based at Camberwell.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the new Performance School through the next stage of its transition and lead on the ongoing development of our outstanding Foundation provision at Wilson Road. We are seeking an excellent leader of people who will provide both inspirational vision and operational ability to build and improve the Colleges. To be successful you will have the ability to drive excellence in student experience and attainment and build on successes. As a Dean, you will be a member of the Colleges’ multi-disciplinary Executive Board and will share the responsibility with colleagues for the strategic and operational development.

About you

The ideal candidate will offer knowledge in Performance Design, have an understanding of pre-degree provision in Art & Design, have a passion for delivering excellence and inclusivity in student outcomes. A proven strategic and operational leader accustomed to working in complex environments, the appointee will be ambitious on behalf of the College and its partnerships.
