The opportunity
We are now looking to appoint a new Dean to provide strong academic and managerial leadership for the School of Media and Communication and contribute to the strategic development of the College and University. With responsibility for leading the strategic direction of the School, the Dean will ensure that learning and teaching in the School is upported by effective digital and physical environments utilising progressive pedagogies.

About you
By 2022 London College of Fashion, UAL will move to Stratford Waterfront, as part of a new cultural and education hub in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Dean will have significant input into the planned relocation of the College estate to Stratford over the next five years.
Reporting to the PVC/Head of College, the Dean will be a member of LCF’s College Executive Group and will work in close collaboration with the Associate Dean attached to the School.
