Short Course Assistant

The opportunity

Based in our busy Short Course office at Central Saint Martins and working across the colleges other sites, the role will assist with the coordination and delivery of the Central Saint Martins short courses, study abroad and special projects. To work Monday – Friday on a rota between 17:00 -20:00 (term-time) 09:00 -12:00 (Holiday periods), with occasional Saturday (and Sunday) shifts between 08:30 –16:30. 

About you

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of the Short Courses across various sites. You will be happy to work independently and are self-motivated. You will have a basic knowledge of art and design materials and experience of working in a very busy office environment and managing your own workload. Good communication skills  and attention to detail are essential- good IT/AV skills would be desirable.
