The opportunity

Opportunity for a proven Resourcing Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a resourcing strategy that will ensure UAL recruits and retains the talent it needs as a world-class university.

As Resourcing Manager, you will lead a resourcing and onboarding team, and will be responsible for the provision of a professional, customer focussed and high quality recruitment service. This includes ensuring procedures relating to eligibility to work and safeguarding are in place and that all statutory requirements are monitored and minimise reputational risk for UAL.

UAL's resourcing objective over the next 2-3 years is to have an effective resourcing strategy in place that enables a culture of excellence and consistency in resourcing, reduces collective agency spend and maximises value from advertising and recruitment costs.

About you

You will offer substantial and proven experience of leading, building and developing a consistently high performing resourcing function. Detailed and expert knowledge of all aspects of resourcing and best practice, including resourcing cycles, on-boarding, psychometric testing practice and compliance is required, along with the ability to engage others in driving plans forward with energy and credibility.
