Working as part of the Finance Business Systems team this role will provide a customer-focused service providing 1st and 2nd level support to users of the University’s Finance Business System applications; Accommodation Services MIS - Kinetic, the Finance MIS - Agresso Business World (ABW) and UAL Short Courses Limited (UALSC) learning management system(s) - Course Manager and Administrate. To assist with the implementation, testing and documentation of system enhancements and developments across all Finance Business System applications.

We are looking for a business systems professional with a successful track record in delivering a high standard of system administration, preferably in the higher education or creative sector.

You will have a proactive approach together with effective oral and written communication skills, including experience of liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to prepare relevant and timely information and deliver it in a clear and concise way to both IT and non-IT focused individuals.
