The post holder will be required to provide administrative support and maintain records for the University’s International Relations Unit, specifically in relation to the University’s programme of Erasmus+ funded and non-Erasmus+ funded student and staff mobility. They will work closely with colleagues within the International Relations Unit and wider University network of mobility officers and will provide support for incoming and outgoing exchange students.
University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six Colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts.
You will work within the International Relations Unit, a small central team that coordinates academic partnerships and staff and student mobility across the University.
Educated to at least A-levels, or with equivalent work experience, you will have experience of administrative and clerical processes in an office environment, including those requiring high level of attention to detail. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, working with different professional groups to provide a positive and responsive customer service and using initiative to resolve day-to-day-problems. You will be used to planning and prioritising work to achieve objectives on time and delivering basic training or briefings to support the team, as well as effectively communicating in writing and/or using visual media.
