Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the student recruitment process at the London College of Fashion.

 You will work closely with the Head of College Student Recruitment, using your experience of marketing and student recruitment to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to engage potential students who are interested in studying with us.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Planning and delivering marketing and advertising campaigns to increase applications to London College of Fashion
• Overseeing recruitment events, including open days and offer days, delivered virtually and in-person
• Delivering presentations as required to schools, colleges and other audiences on London College of Fashion and our course provision
• Developing and delivering conversion campaigns to support recruitment to all of our courses

About you

You will need a professional marketing qualification with excellent knowledge of the UK Higher Education sector and experience of student recruitment in the UK and internationally, including school liaison, event management and recruitment fairs.

Experience in delivering marketing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix and relevant data to evaluate activity, is equally important. You will also need experience of line management with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, setting clear objectives to manage performance.
