The opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a customer-focused and proactive administrator to provide a full and comprehensive support service for the student journey for a portfolio of UAL Creative Computing Institute (CCI) courses.
You will support students and staff by providing effective information and guidance, managing student records and will work on key processes such as enrolment within the CCI, working with both local and central teams. You will also be required to support course administration functions including timetabling and monitoring attendance.
About you
Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant administration experience within a fast-paced environment, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
You will be a natural collaborator with diverse groups of stakeholders internally and externally and be able to use your initiative and creativity to resolve problems.
