The opportunity

Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF) seeks two skilled and experienced Administrators providing direct administrative support and project support to CSF’s Knowledge Exchange Manager and Education for Sustainability Leader. A varied and dynamic role, a key part of the role includes supporting the delivery of education and knowledge exchange projects, communicating to a range of people inside and outside the university, and ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness. This role will provide support with briefing papers, reports and presentations, and will regularly communicate project updates orally, visually and in writing using range of tools. You will also ensure there is a comprehensive administrative service in place and University policy and procedures are complied with, contributing to the delivery of the Centre’s strategic plan.

About you

With a first degree in arts based subject, you will have experience in working as an administrator preferably in a university or similar setting. You will be skilled in day-to-day monitoring of email, organizing and maintaining diaries, as well as being a confident communicator. You will be comfortable prioritising workloads, working independently, with strong IT skills and experience of using MS Word/Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint and Adobe software. Experience of Agresso (ABW) is desirable, although not essential.
