At LCF, we support the growth of fashion businesses through business and innovation support. This new role will have a particular focus on the European Commission funded project ‘Developing a Fashion Innovation Network for Europe (DeFINE)’, and will manage our external community of UK-based and international fashion and fashion-tech businesses and business support organisations.

As Enterprise Community Coordinator, your remit will include:

  • Working with project partners across Europe to actively engage fashion and technology businesses and support organisations to become members of our network, as well as acting as the central point of contact for network members;
  • Generating engaging and informative content and delivering through the DeFINE project’s online platform and social media channels;
  • Coordinating DeFINE project events, including workshops and project showcasing event;
  • Working with colleagues at LCF to seek opportunities to link our communities through projects and activities across the wider college.

About you

You will offer extensive experience of building and managing communities. A skilled communicator who is able to develop engaging content and coordinate online and offline communications.

Demonstrable experience of planning and preparation of small to medium scale events is also required. A proven ability to work well within a team, and lead on aspects of project delivery is vital. An understanding of small-medium fashion and fashion-technology businesses is preferable.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension scheme and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. If you have any queries about this role, you may contact the LCF Staffing Team at vacancies@fashion.arts.ac.uk
