The opportunity

The University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Analyst to act as the technical lead of all aspects of HR System maintenance and development and HR reporting.

This is an important role that forms part of the HR Systems Team within the HR Services and Resourcing Hub.

We have a strong customer focus and seek continual improvement of our business processes to meet UAL requirements.

The role holder has the primary responsibility for ensuring business objectives are translated into system or reporting requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency and improve the user experience with the system.

The HR Systems team is made up of three experienced and dedicated HR System Officers and Administrators.

About you

You will need to have a strong background in HR Systems administration and HR Reporting.

You will need to be a passionate subject matter expert and be able to advise and guide senior stakeholders accordingly.

Experience of using MHR’s itrent system and SAP Business Objects is essential.
