The opportunity

You will provide a proactive, full and comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance for a specified portfolio of courses, in accordance with the procedures and regulation of UAL. You will be expected to contribute to the overall effective service delivery of providing information and support to ensure a high quality student experience through the delivery of College Academic Registry service provided to academics and students in accordance with agreed standards.  

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual that wants to join us and have the opportunity to work, share and exchange knowledge within a dynamic and creative Art and Design practice environment. Previous experience of working in FE/HE is essential, along with good working knowledge of policies and procedures relating to the student journey from enrolment to graduation.

Experience of data entry and manipulation is required along with the ability to question the validity of data and pay strong attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of Excel is also desirable.
