The opportunity

You will contribute as part of the fine art specialist technical team as a grade 4 technician. 

The role includes working 1-2-1 with individual students, providing expertise and technical skill sharing as well as facilitating group sessions, delivering fine art technical workshops within studios and key technical areas. You will have experience of analogue and digital making and be a clear communicator. 

You will not only bring key skills with you, but you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and experience a range of technical workshops and skills in a continually developing programme.  

About you

You should have a BA in a relevant Art and Design subject, (or a professional equivalent) or relevant experience, gained through working in industry/practice and or education. You must be able to demonstrate and pass on technical skills to a wide range of students, have knowledge of fine art manufacture and be versatile and able to respond to demanding and changing situations.
