The opportunity

To work and help event-manage undergraduate and postgraduate open days, offer days, degree show and other events for Camberwell.

Research, create and publish high quality marketing content through multiple channels – print, social media, website, and digital marketing communications.

To work as a member of the Marketing & Communications team providing a highly customer-focused, friendly and efficient first point of contact for potential students, staff and visitors to Camberwell College of Arts.

Provide marketing event support to the Student Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, with at-the-event responsibility and admin support.

About you

An understanding of our customers and consumers: new and current students, parents, guardians, visitors.

Relevant experience in: marketing, customer care, Front of House environment.

Experience of using social media channels to achieve marketing objectives

Knowledge of working in an arts related environment, particularly in art and design education.

Practical knowledge of: website CMS, creative suite software.

Knowledge of working in an arts related environment, particularly in art & design education.

Good team worker but experience of managing own time and resources.

Project management experience.
