The opportunity
The Customer Service Assistant will provide excellent customer service to students and enquirers and will support the operations of the Language Centre Student Services Team.
You will act as front of house for the Language Centre providing a friendly and welcoming service to students and visitors and will answer enquiries made in person, by telephone or email. You will process Language Centre applications; enrol students; take and receipt payments; review student feedback forms and assist with student course administration, certification and class trips.
The role requires starting work promptly at 8.30 am.
About you
Educated to A Level or equivalent, you will have experience of providing an excellent and responsive customer service and of acting as front of house in a similar role. You will communicate effectively orally, in writing and/or using visual media and be able to plan, prioritise and organise your work to achieve objectives on time. The Customer Service Assistant will work collaboratively in a team and will be able to use initiative or creativity to resolve problems.
