The opportunity

CCW International Office are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team to administer the student exchanges and partnership process for Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges.

You’ll be assisting with all incoming and outgoing student exchange activity at College level, including all aspects of Erasmus and Turing Scheme engagement, and will provide administrative support on all matters relating to student exchanges and projects.

You’ll assist with ensuring that all arrangements relating to the exchanges are fully in place prior to the commencement of the exchange, and that a smooth execution of all aspects of the exchange is achieved throughout the duration of the exchange.  Liaison with external institutions and participating partners will be a key requirement of the post holder, as will close contact with all College teams and individuals related to student/staff exchange activity, in order to ensure every aspect of the exchange programme is effectively coordinated, communicated and administered.

You’ll assist in renewing all partnership agreements and keeping our agreements up to date.

You’ll also be involved in various international projects.

About you

You’ll have significant experience in student exchange administration, including knowledge of the Erasmus + Programme as well as experience of working in a fast paced environment.  You’ll possess good organisational and communication skills.  

You’ll be able to operate on your own initiative, whilst working as part of a busy team.
