The opportunity

You are at your happiest when juggling priorities and making things happen. As a Programme Administrator, you will put all of your skills to good use as you provide professional administrative support within the Textile Design Programme within the School of Design at Chelsea College of Arts.

From the timely collation of course-related documentation, to committee servicing, coordinating and supporting External Examiners, recording student submissions, attendance monitoring, maintaining the Programme’s Moodle pages, and supporting assessments. You will turn your hand to anything that is needed as that is what you do best.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Course Support Team. You will be a capable all-round administrator who can work well in a team while being comfortable managing a diverse workload in a busy working environment. This means that we are only looking for those who have a proven academic administration track record at HE level. Educated to ‘A’ level, or equivalent, you will impress us with your sharp eye for detail, evident efficiency, flexibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Happy to be directed, you also know when to use your initiative, and are totally at ease working to deadlines.

Please note that this vacancy may close earlier than the stated closing date if a sufficient number of applications are received. If you wish to apply for this position, you are advised to submit your application as soon as possible.
