The opportunity
You are at your happiest when juggling priorities and making things happen. As a Programme Administrator, you will put all of your skills to good use as you provide professional administrative support within the Textile Design Programme within the School of Design at Chelsea College of Arts.
From the timely collation of course-related documentation, to committee servicing, coordinating and supporting External Examiners, recording student submissions, attendance monitoring, maintaining the Programme’s Moodle pages, and supporting assessments. You will turn your hand to anything that is needed as that is what you do best.
About you
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Course Support Team. Educated to ‘A’ level, or equivalent, you will impress us with your sharp eye for detail, evident efficiency, flexibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Happy to be directed, you also know when to use your initiative, and are totally at ease working to deadlines.
