The opportunity
You will manage the development and delivery of high quality and customer-focused library services in support of teaching, learning and research at Central Saint Martins College and act as the primary Library Services contact within the College. You will also provide leadership for Customer Services within Library Services and contribute to the development and delivery of the Library and Student Support Strategy through membership of various groups within our governance structure.
About you
You should have relevant library management experience and a degree or postgraduate qualification in Library/Information Studies or equivalent.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and engage library teams in service development and delivery.
An understanding and knowledge of current developments in Higher Education, including those related to teaching, learning and research, and the student experience.
Knowledge of current developments within customer services, and awareness of how these impact on library policy within an academic environment
