An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team as maternity cover for 9 months. You will also directly work with a diverse range of companies, brands and agencies from across the world as you connect them with talent at CSM to deliver world class projects and build lasting relationships. This is a unique position with the purpose of driving income into the college and creating opportunities for our students.

You will experience how fresh, creative thinkers respond to design briefs and business challenges and you will see the types of innovative and inspirational outcomes that can be generated as a result.

The Sponsored Student Projects Manager is a central role working closely with our academic courses to build client projects that deliver diverse design concepts; raw & inspirational thinking; creative content with multiple applications; and a great story to tell.

University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six Colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts. Central Saint Martins is a world-leading centre for arts and design education.  Its reputation stems from the creative energy of its staff and students and the stellar achievements of its graduates nationally and internationally.  The nine programmes at CSM explore the boundaries of their discipline.  Students and staff are continually alert to new ideas, and are curious and restless in developing beyond the expected norms of their subject, so emerging work is at the forefront of its area.  CSM sits at the heart of London’s creative scene, and of one of Europe’s most dynamic new culture and innovation quarters at King’s Cross, making the college increasingly important to London’s cultural life, and indicative of our general desire to open up CSM to as broad an audience as possible.

Innovation & Business at CSM

Companies and agencies come to Central Saint Martins for inspiring solutions to business challenges, creative briefs, and marketing campaigns and to tap into emerging trends and a unique pool of talent from across the globe. The Innovation and Business team consults and connects companies to academic courses, staff and graduates to generate income for the college and create opportunities for our community.

You are able to deliver compelling proposals and presentations with a natural ability to inspire support and manage multiple stakeholders. You will have an excellent track record in sales or fundraising preferably with experience of the creative, HE or third sector. You will be degree educated or with equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge of the arts and design as discipline areas is desirable. In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
