The opportunity

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager you will provide digital learning expertise and advice on creative and innovative e-learning solutions. You will bring expertise in new approaches and develop platforms of digital learning in support of our People Strategy aims.

You will be responsible for a wide range of learning initiatives that will require you to create online learning materials and offer advice on ready-made solutions. You will look at new ways of training in a digital environment and promote a new digital and learning culture.

You will partner with a wide range of UAL stakeholders to identify opportunities and enhance career development, aligning digital learning programmes to local and UAL-wide strategies.

Ultimately, you will make sure that digital learning is embedded, delivers best practice, evaluated and success shared with our stakeholders.

About you

An expert in e-Learning solutions, you will have experience in using e-learning software and of working directly with e-learning providers with an awareness of emerging trends in Learning and Development and inclusive practice. You will be qualified or working towards MCIPD or have a relevant training and development /organisational development qualification equivalent to ILM level 5
