The opportunity

In this key role you will be responsible for the academic leadership and management of the BA (Hons) Fashion Photography course, including the day to day management and all areas of learning, teaching and assessment of students as well as resources allocated. You will contribute to, and where appropriate lead on the process of course development, minor modifications, major changes, validation and review by the University, external agencies and professional bodies in liaison with relevant Deans.

About you

With a relevant degree, you will have the ability to lead the technical and professional development of Fashion Photography. You will be a clear, confident communicator able to adapt your communication style to suit the audience.

Strong IT skills and the ability to build productive working relationships between teams are essential. You will have the ability to motivate and develop team members’ abilities by encouraging contribution to common goals. The successful post holder will be a keen problem solver with excellent analytical skills to identify problems and take action to prevent the recurrence of them.
