The opportunity
As Commercial Operations Manager, you will work as part of the Accommodation Services management team and take responsibility for the growth, management, administration and operation of the Summer Accommodation business. This exciting and challenging role provides a balance between sales / income generation and an operational delivery element.
About you
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the university, including, the Associate Director, Communications Manager and Residence Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering commercial results and managing a large customer facing operation.
