The opportunity
Following a programme of change and growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional to join the University, driving the delivery of strategic people priorities.
As the Head of Diversity and Inclusion, you will play a key leadership role in driving the diversity and inclusion agenda across UAL. You will build on a strong programme of diversity work already in place and move the conversation and action to creating a more inclusive organisational culture.
About you
As an experienced diversity practitioner and leader, you will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Nurturing talent, challenging norms and building consensus will be key in your success in the role.
