The opportunity

Your main responsibility will be preparation, teaching, administration and assessment of a unit or part of a unit. You will make a significant contribution to the quality of learning and support our students receive in order to enable them to complete their studies successfully.

Course title: MA Television 
 

About you

We are seeking an experienced producer/director of factual television programmes to work with our 23 multi-national TV Master’s students on the shooting, editing and other post-production stages of their significant major-project programmes.  You will guide them, critically and practically, to make programmes of the highest possible standards both editorially and technically, and tutor and mentor them through all stages of post production.  In addition, you will contribute as agreed to the theoretical and practical teaching of incoming MATV students.  You will be an experienced maker of factual television programming, and be able to work supportively with students with a wide range of nationalities.

Hours:   An average of 15 hours per week.  This can be varied from tome to time to best match the production requirements of students’ work.
